A new study out of England found taking a photo every day and posting it on social media improves your well-being. Although it works with posting any photo the study focused mostly on selfies. Researchers say when you stop what you are doing and share a selfie that it keeps you motivated and socially engaged with friends. It helps you to feel less alone and more in touch with the rest of the world!
