While everyone’s heard that a good breakfast is important to kick start the day, a new study takes the notion a step further: Skipping breakfast can actually kill you. Researchers at the University of Iowa have determined that going without breakfast increases the risk of developing cardio-vascular disease. What’s worse is people who miss missing morning meals have an 87 percent higher chance of suffering fatal heart attacks, the study indicates.
