Congratulations to Wanamaker Elementary School’s 6th grade P.E. class and their teacher, Jessica Weil. They won a special appearance from Harlem Globetrotter Hoops Green. Majic challenged area schools to show us videos of how they ‘Get Fit’ at school for a chance to ‘Get Fit with a Globetrotter’. Dozens of entries were received. The winning video submission is below:
Hoops started her passion for basketball at the age of 4. She played for The University of Texas at El Paso and ranks # 3 on the school’s list for all-time wins, with 79, and totaled 650 career points for UTEP.
