Prepare to have your next sugar rush as the Topeka Zoo hosts “Boo at the Zoo”, Saturday, October 21, AND October 28, 2023, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Hundreds of little ghosts, ghouls, and goblins will be able to enjoy the zoo with their families while getting their fill of all the candy that they can eat.

Dress up as your favorite superhero, a princess, or a Topeka Zoo animal, and visit your favorite creatures and creepy crawlers as you trick or treat around the Zoo! Entry is free with paid admission. As always, members are free!

While you’re there, make sure that you welcome our newest Zoo residents – Bruce & Crush, two North American River Otters!! Named after characters in the hit Disney movie, “Finding Nemo,” Bruce & Crush joined longtime resident, Albert, in his habitat this week.
