Go Red With Majic 107.7 During American Heart Month

This February, the American Heart Association, the world’s leading voluntary health organization dedicated to a world where people live longer, healthier lives, are working to spread awareness and help you reclaim your rhythm and take control of your mental and physical well-being.

As a result of their infection, people who had small bouts of COVID-19 may develop changes in their heart and brain health. Because one mother, brother, friend, or neighbor dying of heart disease is too many.

Majic 107.7 wanted to lend a helping hand to the American Heart Association and encourage everyone in Topeka and the surrounding areas to embrace healthy habits that work for them as the New Year gets underway.

The American Heart Association says if you incorporate music into your daily routine can help you create healthy habits.

Here are 5 ways for you to reclaim your rhythm

  • Mellow out and reduce stress
  • Move to the music
  • Feed your soul, rock your recipes
  • Stay on beat with your blood pressure
  • Keep the Beat! Learn Hands-Only CPR

On National Wear Red Day, February 4th, we remember those who have died from heart disease and raise awareness about the steps we can all take to avoid it. All Americans are encouraged to observe this significant day, by wearing red.
