Should Topeka Celebrate Halloween On The Last Saturday Of October?

Halloween is always celebrated on October 31st. There is a big push to change that. A Change.org petition is calling for Halloween to be celebrated on the last Saturday of every October. If it were to change, that would mean Halloween would be October 26th.

Now a very popular candy brand is helping out the cause. Snickers is pulling off the ultimate promotion. They are pledging to give away 1 million candy bars if the government changes the date for Halloween. Although, it has to be the last Saturday in October.

What are your thoughts on the potential change?
